Wilkie Collins Quote


I'm currently reading Wilkie Collin's most celebrated novel, The Woman in White, and discovered this wonderful quote within the first few lines. It really is a rather good read, by the way, so if you haven't already enjoyed it, I suggest you go and find yourself a copy. For a classic text, it is much easier to read than you might imagine!

Since 2008, Penguin have published classic literature in a beautifully packaged format: the Clothbound Classics serie s. Each edition is bound in cloth, with covers individually designed by the talented Coralie Bickford-Smith .
